I hate to be unoriginal, but I haven’t been able to write anything worth reading (although I have written; a lot!). I was working on how the Gospel of John is a testimony about Jesus, but it was too lengthy and seemed more like a Bible study than a devotional message.
So, I have decided to post something that is good reading if you can spend ten dollars:
It’s called “Christian Spirituality; Five Views of Sanctification”. The five perspectives on Christian Spirituality are interesting. On top of this, after each tradition offers their point of view the others offer analysis of the position.
The five perspectives are (in order); Lutheran, Reformed, Wesleyan, Pentecostal, and Contemplative. As you read it, ask yourself this question, “Which ones are the most Christ-centered?”
Until next time,
